Not sure why but this has been happening to me for months. I have Ai googled all I can trying to fix this. Why What and can I please hear my OBS sounds.

Your post does NOT provide enough context to understand your issue
Please follow pinned post about providing OBS Studio log from a recent/latest streaming or recording session (NOT just opening OBS Studio)
And the log only provides a certain amount of detail. So also provide some context of physical connectivity (using ElGato capture card?), audio devices and paths, etc. Technical details might matter

It's not clear what you mean with the word "surpressing" and with the word "it". For me, you posted a random screenshot with some obs related info but that window is not part of OBS (may be some plugin), and what issue exactly you have with this or with whatever isn't clear. If you're unable to describe your issue, we're unable to help because we don't understand your issue.

I requested you post OBS Studio log 3.5 weeks ago, and other than posting a similar image of an external audio capture device (which may itself be part of the problem, especially at Operating System, not OBS Studio, level as I mentioned) ... means I'm Unwatching this thread.
I get the frustration... but OP, you assume the problem is OBS Studio, and that may, or may not be the case. Until you accept that, and follow simple guidance from volunteers, you are simply wasting other people's time
